Would any of that be coming from an Amazon warehouse. Sometimes they all work together and the one in
St. Louis was flattened. I have a cousin living there and he says they are gradually getting the orders going
again.

I have no way of knowing for sure but I suspect that both Cabela's and Shooters-Pro-Shop have their own shipping facilities

We have only recieved a couple packages via FedEx and have not had a problem. I think I would call Cabelas and Shooters Pro.
Let them figure it out. They have your money.

On thursday while I was shooting Skeet I got a text from Fed ex saying signature required on an arriving package the next day. The package was in Cypress Texas at 2am on friday morning. Cypress is about 2 hours away from Corpus Christi where it goes before delivering to Port A. It never showed yesterday like the text said it would. Do you think I got a text saying it was arriving late?

Had no problem getting my1873 Uberti/Winchester from a Cabela's in Texas delivered here in Va. Had no tracking info and got here quick.
Most times the tracking info lags behind delivery time.

I rarely get anything from FedX. Having said that, I ordered some photo paper from Epson last weekend. Epson said they shipped it Wed. Got two tracking numbers. No idea why Epson mailed this in two different packages. Anyway, according to the tracking, FedX got it Thurs. They said it would be delivered Fri before 1:30. I'm thinking, Ind to SC overnight, no way.

I did get it today, which actually isn't bad at all, just would rather have them be honest with their delivery dates.

FedEx is by far the worst carrier. They have lost packages for several days and can't account for what happened.Couple weeks ago two separate shipments disappeared in Chicago (2 hours away) and were delivered 5 days later. Anything coming FedEx is always at least day longer than other carriers. Lately USPS has done a great job in getting things delivered including on Sundays and UPS is right behind.

I've been on the phone with them every day for the last 2+ weeks. They didn't want to deliver to my son a large, heavy box, so they left a tag, and my son asked that it be held at a Walgreen's. That was on Dec 19. The Walgreen's won't accept the box because of its size, so it has been bouncing between Walgreen's and a FedEx station every day for the past 20 days, with no way to get it delivered to the actual address. I am calling again Monday morning and explaining everything all over yet again...I'm tired of talking with customer no-service of FedEx, who have no authority or control over their "franchise" delivery units. The P&D (product and delivery) manager at this FedEx office in GA has been asked by customer no-service supervisors to call me back 6 times, and I haven't heard from anyone.

Still waiting on an order from Cabelas that fedex is supposed to be delivering from 2 weeks ago. No tracking info, no text or email, nothing.

same here .... I believe their policy is to send out a replacement shipment when an order doesn't arrive in 14 days after it ships .... don't hold me to the 14 day number, I seem to remember it from a problem years ago

I got my first order finally, and like an idiot placed another order with Cabelas. This one had been sitting in a fedex warehouse in Illinois for the past 5 days according to the tracking info. If I ever get this one, I will have learned my lesson; no more orders from Cabelas. Bummer.

Saw this on another of my forums. Looks like if your fedx/ups order goes though LA on a train there's a good chance it will be lost. Apparently USPS does not use trains.

One of the rail companies is supposed to be planning to avoid the LA rail yards all together. There are videos showing thieves taking things from the cars. One of the videos I saw showed thieves and the description stated that it was a package car. Unknown from FedEx, UPS, or where from. It described the items as being shipped.

The videos had a surreal atmosphere about them. There was no mistaking the fact that it was very real and happening in a large urban setting. What will they think of next?

It would be nice if FedEx and UPS could place snipers in this rail area and eliminate the criminals breaking into these rail cars. It would STOP real fast.

My neighbor ran produce back and forth to LA years ago and said in certain areas they would break into your trailer if you were stuck in traffic. He told me once an older black gentleman came up to the cab and told him he was in an area he shouldn't be in, he actually jumped up on the running board and directed him to the quickest way out.

Said he stayed overnight in a paid parking area and it was surrounded with razor wire and had armed guards patrolling at night.

yet another maddening experience with FedEx shipping .... back on May 17th I placed an order with a company in San Diego for some parts to upgrade our new smoker/grill .... they delivered the parts that day to FedEx .... 11 days later in the hands of FedEx, the parts have yet to arrive (see printout below) .... along the way the shipper sent a second package and requested FedEx to return the first package .... at that time FedEx could not find the first shipment .... as can be seen in Blue they now say that first package will be delivered to us tomorrow or that in Red it is on its way back to California .... who knows ???
