Cheers RT, I hope to bust some clays next week. Just picked up three cases of white flyers from Walmart for eight bucks each.

Yeah, I like to set some clays out at 100 or so and shoot them with an AR. Shoot the clays and then shoot the pieces until they are too small to see.

Oldbrass, that’s a very clever dryer box. Might have to steal that idea.

Found primers and bullets arrived from Everglades ammo😁 . Starting a marathon of a thousand 9mm. Have a box of range brass I've already processed . Plated 124 RN/4.8 gr unique. I was going to do 223 first but my case length trimmer took a dump, new one arrives next week

Starting a 500 round batch of 45acp Berry's plated 230 RN 6.1gr unique..the 9mm is all done. Still waiting on 223 case length trimmer... It's amazing how much brass you accumulate when nobody has primers 😁

The LEE trimmer.. cheap and works great. I put the cutter and length gage in the drill and secure the shell holder in my cheap harbor freight vice, this is actually quite a fast method. I've never seen or heard of one of these trimmers failing but this one the threads stripped so the gauge became lose. It did however trim at least 10,000 cases.

I am building a new one. The one I mentioned a few pages back kept getting the delivery date pushed back. So I have cobbled together a few things to make one.

Inch and half butcher block top from home depot, two 23/32's sheets of plywood. That will give me a top of 3" or thereabouts The legs are from amazon, and I think I will put a double layer shelf underneath.

The top will be 72x39 inches long.

I start work on it this afternoon, I am tied up in the mornings writing.
