At the same time as he always likes to do, he sent me a couple of Henry comp gifts, as his “thanks” for my suggestion/interest in Henry. His CS approach is simply off the charts! Easy to continue to patronize this great company!
OK, I got the package last evening, and was pleasantly surprised. The two comp gifts are not web “visible” anywhere as available from Henry. One is a Henry-Otis Ear Shield to wear at the range. (Looks similar to the device that Hickok45 uses on his range). Here is the Otis item from their website: http://www.otistec.com/pc_product_detai ... 937BC44DB4 The difference in the item I received is that it is in bright Henry Orange with the motto “Made in America, Or Not Made At All” printed on both sides. Cool-looking ear protection!
Second item is a Henry Flip-Top Rimfire Ammo Case. It can hold .22LR, .22Wmr, or .17HMR ammo. The hard plastic case is 8.5”L x 4”D x 2”H. Inside are two molded ammo holders that will each carry 50 rounds of .22 ammo. They are set in both sides of the case. In the middle, there is an opening, which will carry two 50-round boxes of .22 ammo, as comes packaged from a manufacturer. So a person can carry 200 rounds to the range. Same cool look to the box….black lettering of Henry motto, and box is in bright Henry Orange. I thought these were nice gifts, and they will become part of my range tools.
