They have to ship as a hazmat article, it would normally be a real PITA and cost prohibitive for small quantities, but considering how bad the current supply is, you and the other member might be OK with that.

Do you have a local gun trader classifieds? If so, a local face to face swap or sale will be a WHOLE lot better. Most online classifieds like Craigslist will not allow it, you can post an ad but it may get flagged and removed right away, or it might last a month…. you just can’t tell. I am on CL all the time, I personally flag those posts when I see them, and then I send the seller an email invitation to participate at https://www.spokaneguntrader.com/ where those transactions are legal, allowed and very welcome.
