Happy, what press are you using. I have been on the hunt for 209 primers for months. I had to resort to buying some factory 12 gauge.

Not really reloading per se, but getting ready to pack up my supplies for muzzle loading season that starts tomorrow in Texas. I want to tag a doe and a small BBq hog to make German smoked sausage and summer sausage. We have a couple more doe tags left over from the kid's hunt. It has snowed and sleeted this AM at the lease. All I got up on the Red River was 16* and a blue norther. Supposed to warm up a little later in the week.

Did the prep work on the .45 Colt cases I emptied in the desert, now I'm going to load 6.0gr Red Dot under a 250gr rnfp coated bullet from T & B.
Forty, if you read this, I saw your reply on previous page; not sure why I didn't answer, but, I'm trying that load. Looking forward to giving these a go.

Tom it worked pretty good in the Marlin Cowboy, never tried it in the Rossi, but will.

I'll try these in the Pietta and Henry. What about 5.0-5,5gr Red Dot in the Pietta?
Re: What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Pulled apart 100 .223 Rem reloads that were given to me. Since I'm not 100% sure of the load I figured it's safer to deconstruct them, dump the powder and charge them myself with a known load.
