HEAVY BAG

Post by tx gunrunner » Sun Sep 25, 2016 4:54 am

I got me a heavy bag to practice my Cane Fu stuff and hung it in my back bedroom . It take a lot of room to swing a cane at that bag . 6' on both sides and 6' in front and 2' behind . Boy is it fun to beat the crap out of it . I filled the bag with old pants and shirts that no longer fits me ..:-D :-D :-D

Rocky Balboa whacked beef carcasses and it worked out great for him. I think you're on the right track. :)

Rocky was filmed 1 block from my house in Philly and that slaughter house was on front [1st] street and my house was on "C" st 15 blocks north . I love that movie it reminds me where I spent my pre-teen and teen years and how far I come in life and pull myself up and away from gangs and drugs .

I'm glad you got out of that scene. That heavy bag will be good for your practice.
