Fair 21°F -6°C
Humidity 93%
Wind Speed W 10 mph
Barometer 29.65 in
Well, looks like 10 to 12 inches of snow. Clear skies now.
Folgers and Orios.
Now all I have to do is plow two half miles drives and one three quarter mile service road.
It'll take about an hour if all goes well. The old Bronco has a heater and radio so it's not too bad.
I used to do it with an open tractor, now that was cold.
At least we just got snow, feel bad for those folks with the tornadoes. :(

36 now with a warm front on top of us. Windy with gusts to 45 or so. Our mountains are going to get hammered with snow, the local ski resorts are expecting 2+ ft this weekend. Watching the news coverage of the devastation overnight from the tornados back east. Tragic.

Next week we cool down with lows in the teens and occasional snow.

Cold and windy this morning but at least the storms didn't blow up till they got past here. I feel sad for the folks to the east in Tennessee and Kentucky and other spots where tornados killed and injured folks. Hope healing snd peace for them.

Big winds down here today although no funnels around like what happened north of here. Humidity is way down with the northern winds. 63 degrees right now we already had the high for today at 73. Eight oclock coffee is in the mug while I watch the palm trees ride the wind. Wish I was scooping snow with Coop

Crazy weather today. Headed to mid 70's by afternoon with gusty winds overcast and rain chances this evening. Everything outside just sweats when it gets warm like this and have to keep the garage doors shut.

Hi
Hi yourself. Hope all is good with you, yours and your livestock.

34 with some sleet coming down. Yesterday the wind never stopped but didn’t get to damage causing speeds fortunately. Just annoying. More of the same today and then maybe some snow Monday into Tuesday that might pile up a bit. Also some hints of below zero temps next weekend but it’s pretty early to get excited about that. Hope not as my son is moving next Saturday.

37 and more rain, wind died down it's calm. Ground up some french roast coffee beans, the aroma filled the house, built a fire in the wood stove. Buster went out for his morning business then ran back into the house ,he doesn't like his little paws cold and wet.

Fair 32°F 0°C
Humidity 55%
Wind Speed SW 6 mph
Barometer 29.83 in That's pretty low and just staying there.
Church and then chicken fried steak, eggs over easy, hash browns and whole wheat toast.
Washed down with some really good coffee in a fine old country small town restaurant.
Nothing happening today. The sun is out and may melt some snow off the roads.

It was 45° this morning at 6 a.m. It's warmed up to 57° at noon. Just had cereal and coffee before heading to the range. I took the Single Six and shot some steel targets so, basically, no target for a range report. It does shoot very well and I only had a few misses.

Sunny and cold down on the Red River this AM. 26* at first light. Supposed to get into mid to high fifties today. The wife got her Master Naturalist certificate and is volunteering down at Lake Ray Roberts. She kind of inherited the Sunday 9 to 3 shift at the nature center. She loves it! Happy Wife..et cetra. So I get to feed and water our mixed flock of chickens. They have stopped laying with cold weather.
I think I'll break out the Dillon 500 and reload a few hundred rounds of 45 ACP and 45 Colt this afternoon. Have a blessed day and say a prayer for the folks that endured those terrible tornadoes this weekend.

27 heading to 38 with a chance of some wet snow later and into overnight. Today will be our last day above freezing for several days. Lows in the teens and highs in the 20’s.

No plans for the day other than taking the dog out for a hike or two.

A bit warmer today with the temps at mid 50's this morning on the dog walk. I've already changed from long sleeve flannel shirt to a Hawaiian shirt. Temps to get into the low 70's. Just had cereal and coffee.

It's a nice day, for Minnesota in the Winter.
Folgers and cookies and then Cracker Barrel for retirees breakfast.
Eggs over easy, bacon and toast. Back home now. Shop work today.
Carol had a morning appointment at the Mayo in Rochester and is almost home now.
Nothing important. All is well.
