We took our neighbors to a wine tasting dinner tonight at our favorite supper club. We had a seafood chowder with a nice white wine, braised short ribs in a wine sauce accompanied with garlic potatoes and mixed veggies accompanied with two nice reds, and a cheese cake with dark chocolate topping desert with another red.

The idea is to try the different wines, and then they are for sale by the bottle. We did have one we liked and purchased some.

Home now with a martini.

It was a fun evening. Good food, good wine, good neighbors.
Life ain't too darn bad.

How is your wife doing is she getting better.

She is doing much better, still has some residual concussion affects. Still have 2 Dr. Appointments left and then she might be able to drive again. Thanks for asking and thanks to this forum for all your kind words.
