Kids are out of school and things are getting crazy in the country. Not anything compared to that crazy guy driving through the parade.

Nice looking rifle Jake. I like Savage rifles alot they are usually very good shooters. That window sucks.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

My 7-08 is a Ruger American, as is my only 22 LR bolt gun. Both are stupidly accurate. I know they are meant to be “affordable” rifles, but when they perform as well as they do, nobody needs to spend more!Shakey Jake wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 9:55 amI already have a .223 in the Ruger American All Weather (stainless barrel). It's a very accurate rifle and I enjoy shooting it.

Really like the stock with the vertical oversize palm and the wide flat for-end.

One reason I like the Savage line of rifles. They arent big on price but they are usually very accurate.

Dangit Jake, hate to hear about the glass, I like Savage rifles and have had a few.
Still have a pair, and they always seem to shoot better than you would think.

I've read great things about the 112 BVSS-S. It's a heavy rifle for sure and the trigger is scary light. It's really too light to be safe (for me anyway). I'll have to adjust it.
