Stopped by the gentleman's store today, that's what the older gentleman that owned this farm next to me used to call the liquor store.
Anyway the Trace is getting a little low so I stocked up, got the next size.

A wee bit of the Irish tonight, early to bed tonight. One of my granddaughters has 2nd grade basketball games tomorrow, have to go big city to watch, GMa and I will have to get up early. I hope all of this forum had a good day and a better night, Sláinte!

Evening all, been hunting most of the day.
Watched a spike and a 4 point for probably 40 mins. they were sparring some.
The 4 walked over to this large white oak and was chewing one of the lower limbs.
Then begins to make a scrape, very cool.
Even the 6 year old gs got watch part of it.
Didn't see anything this afternoon.

Mark, Summer sausage and jerky are what I do with most of it.
I smoke the backstraps, alot of times on Thanksgiving.

Cold Budweiser while watch Norte Dame football. Got up and went to the big city this morning to watch 2nd grade grade granddaughter play basketball. Other than that I didn’t do much today. I wish the best to this forum, skål

Had a Shiner's Bock for my birthday dinner. Just Carol and I, the way I like it.
Snow Crab with huge baked potato with butter and sour cream with chives. Also a nice slaw.
Oh yeah, she also found a pack of lobster claws so we each had a couple of them. Good!
Then a martini and an evening of TV.
Nice!

Happy Birthday Coop, I'm sitting out in the backyard shack watchin an old hog lot to see if any deer are gonna cross before dark.
Heck I hope nothing shootable crosses, I just like to sit here, beats the house.
