Coffee at the admirals club in LAX on my way to IAD. Sunny skies so far in both locations. I hear it's hot in parts of the east coast though!

Longmire SEASON 4 is out on dvd now. (We don't have cable or a dish for the boob tube on purpose. We have cable for our ISP at this point though. We don't have Netflix but I have heard/read some pros and cons about it online.)

It is on sale @ Walmart here in town. It costs about $18. and I don't have the sales slip in front of me now.

My husband likes that series and the scenery. He has watched the other seasons several times. We watched one episode when he got home late last night. I saw Walt's lever action rifle and his pistol but I didn't see his BUCK 110 knife. I could have missed that though since I was multi tasking. I just know that he did not use his BUCK knife to save his own life in that show!

Good morning all from Jonesboro, Ga. The temperature is 74 degrees with not a big chance of rain. Looks like another bright sunny day.
Catherine I always liked the Longmire show and was disappointed it went off the regular TV. I believe I will head out to Walmart today and see if I can find Season 4. Thanks for the heads up.

Good morning from CT.

It will be a bright, sunny, cool, and crisp September day today. It's also our 43rd anniversary and a great day for it.

BTW, we've been watching Longmire on Netflix, too. We've got several more to go before we get to season 4, but we'll enjoy every one of them...

You're welcome. We watched another show, the second one, in the wee hours today, Thursday, after my husband got home from work. The BUCK 110 knife got used!

I would like to get the Longmire books from the library. The author wrote some other things that I think (?) that I read some time ago.

Congrats to both of you!

I am glad that you are enjoying the show too.

Have a fantastic day and enjoy the nice weather.

It is a beautiful day in the neighborhood in Chambersburg, Pa. today. When I got up, the thermometer read 58 degrees out back. And it is to stay nice with low humidity for a few days. We could use some rain but they say that we could get some by Sunday. A little warmer next week, in the upper 80's, but not for long, thankfully.Image

PS:

If you missed the other seasons AFTER they went off the air (A&E or ?) and only to Netflix - you can back order them from Walmart, Target, Barnes and Noble bookstore, etc. I was told that B & N would special order them for me. I have special ordered books from B & N in the past out here and back east.

So far, WALMART had them IN STOCK IN THE STORE compared to Target where I live in Western Montana. I think that we may have bought one other season (?) from HASTINGS but that store or company went belly up across the nation. They are having close out sales NOW from what I gather with their IN STOCK ITEMS. They have NOT gotten anything NEW in and they will not special order anything since the decision to CLOSE all of their stores across the nation was announced a few months ago.

You may be able to find LONGMIRE at COSTCO too.

We have found a few special movies and classic British shows (Some of them are on our PBS stations.) from our Costco store too.

Best wishes to you.

We just did that a few weeks ago. We had bought a Bissell Big Green Machine carpet cleaner and it did a wonderful job.

I like a crisp Fall morning, followed by temps that never go above 65 or so. There aren't many of them. Hopefully I'm off to enjoy a couple.

Coffee then work. It should be a nice end of summer day today. High of 75 f.

That sound like great fall weather. I am on my way to Lexington KY where it appears the weather will be 90 degrees and sunny. Sounds rather hot!

Good morning all from Jonesboro, Georgia. A cooler 71 degrees this morning, but little chance of rain. Coffee out of my Henry mug this morning. Got quite a bit to get accomplished today, but nothing major. I am hoping to get my chores done today in order to go to a local swap meet tomorrow. The swap meet is being put on by a local gun site. I know a lot of the guys, so I really want to attend. Take care and be safe.

Its 54 degrees out and 64 inside. I'm cheap and don't want to pay to heat the house. But since it is sunny the house will be in the mid 70's before long.

56* at 5:02 AM. I got up at 4:00 with my wife and got the coffee on while she was getting ready for work. I am going to head to the gun show at Center Hall, Pa. Was going to go to Gettysburg but I am getting a little tired of the high prices at the bigger shows and the attitude of the dealers that go there. Your stuff is junk and theirs are all made of gold. The smaller shows is where the deals are. Don't always get something but the chances are better that you may.

Going to be mid 80s today. Coffee is done, fresh honey crisp apple from the local apple farm down the belly. Getting ready to load the family up and drive an hour to the Mothman Festival in Point Plesant West Virginia.

Everyone stay safe and have a great weekend.
