We are doing smoke stuffed peppers today for our big family cookout tomorrow.
they are stuffed with cheese and sausage. Sweet peppers with maybe a few Jalapenos.
We'll do brat on the grill and burgers on the Blackstone. Probably have a fire down by
the pool as it's going to be just a bit chilly for swimming.
Last big family gathering before Thanksgiving. Looking foreword to it. :D
