Oklahoma isn't too bad... The east is rolling hills, trees, creeks, ponds. Nice. The west has that plains look. Places go fast. Gun friendly.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I really like that first one in Tennessee, real open space, you'd have a great time decorating all those bare walls and empty space.

The third one in Kentucky has a lot of potential and at that price you'd have plenty left for upgrades and improvements. Definitely has plenty of room for a shooting range, says it's a hunting property so assume no problem with gunfire.

Some beautiful country for sure, but if you choose Kentucky or Tennessee or other states in that area, you better be prepared for hot and humid summers. Very different than drier western climates. I've visited those states in the summer and had to be very careful to slowly and gradually acclimate to the heat.

Weather acclimation and cultural shock is what I’d get. I’m not sure what I want but think is I keep looking I’ll stumble upon something.

I do like a lot of natural wood in the first one. These houses are are a third to half the price where I am now and Montana is almost as bad. Some of the home there have doubled in the last year and so no e are getting greedy and tripling it.

I like #1 and #2 in Tenn. But Ive always liked Tenn. That second one with 17 acres and the price is great.
