Oklahoma isn't too bad... The east is rolling hills, trees, creeks, ponds. Nice. The west has that plains look. Places go fast. Gun friendly.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I really like that first one in Tennessee, real open space, you'd have a great time decorating all those bare walls and empty space.

The third one in Kentucky has a lot of potential and at that price you'd have plenty left for upgrades and improvements. Definitely has plenty of room for a shooting range, says it's a hunting property so assume no problem with gunfire.

Some beautiful country for sure, but if you choose Kentucky or Tennessee or other states in that area, you better be prepared for hot and humid summers. Very different than drier western climates. I've visited those states in the summer and had to be very careful to slowly and gradually acclimate to the heat.

Weather acclimation and cultural shock is what I’d get. I’m not sure what I want but think is I keep looking I’ll stumble upon something.

I do like a lot of natural wood in the first one. These houses are are a third to half the price where I am now and Montana is almost as bad. Some of the home there have doubled in the last year and so no e are getting greedy and tripling it.

I like the third one best. The second one is too grand for me. I guess I should look at Georgia next.

The south is just too hot/humid for me and with global warming it isn’t going to get any cooler.🥵

I was thinking the same thing. A month ago it was 109 here in the cool Pacific Northwest. In the desert I think it reached 119.

More Montana. I really like the natural wood. The floors need the carpets ripped out and hardwood floors put down.

Those are all still King County. Just posting to compare prices to other states?

You might need a map or good GPS or you could get lost in that second one. :o

The first house is my neighbor. I posted these to show what kind of neighborhood I currently live in.

This house is also only a few hundred yards away.

Here you can have junk and garbage everywhere. Places are like this in Montana also but some have CCR’s to prevent garbage and even cars that don’t run.

My father-in-laws house in Ephrata was next door to a place that had four acres of junk. Mostly old cars. The city took the owner to court to make them clean it up and the owner told the judge no. No problem the city was given a court order to go on this property and clean it up. When he refused to pay the city they took his land and sold it for pennies on the dollar. Enough to pay the cleanup bill and he was left with zilch.

Gene, that's very typical of neighborhoods throughout the West. Zoning laws are much less strict in the west than in other parts of the country.
