Just saw this this afternoon Randy after wheeling a paint roller and brush most of the day. The Henry bore is smaller. Just checked my hunting bullets for the Henry are .377. Lyman gas checks from Montana Bullets. Used reloader 7 in that gun also shot a real nice group at 50 yards with in. I havent shot the Henry to much. Its also a little lighter gun than the Marlin as the Henry has a round barrel.
Guess who just had a birthday? We did. Henry Rifle Forums has made it to the 10 year mark. Thank you to all members, I'm glad you are here!

Thanks for gettin back, well then guess you have to have to different bullets.
My Cowboy has a .380 bore. You shooting the short brass in it also?

Yes I only have the short brass. Winchester and Starline. Bought the Starline because I had a couple Winchester 38-55's that I sold. With those I needed the Starline because the brass is thinner and will chamber a bullet at .380 which is what the bore size was on the Winchesters also
