Little pricey, small detached garage and too much carpeting, I like hardwood floors. Keep looking.

If you can stand the winters in Montana then more power to you. If you ever read Elmer Keith's biography even he got out of their after one very bad winter and he never went back.

One advantage for Gene and winters in Montana is he’s retired. So if it get’s too cold or snowy just stay in and keep the fire stoked. Different story if you have to get in the car every day and head to work.
