60 heading to 86, a high that normally would be hot but this year it is cool. Go figure.
9:00 am Doctor appointment then an 11:30 lunch with my sister who is moving to Pennsylvania next week.
Then home to take advantage of this “cool” day and mow the lawn.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Folgers and chocolate chip cookies.
70s, sunny, calm winds. Going to be a nice day.
We have a large garage. Actually 30/45 ft.
Yesterday I emptied it out and washed down the floor then put it all back.
In the process I took several things to recycling.
Today I will wash the windows, then mow.
I'm 80 and it tired me out, but it's done now and looking good.

81 and clear for now. Rain expected again this afternoon. The general and I are waiting for the range to open to get some shooting time in before the rain starts. Cereal and strawberries for breakfast.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
I have to say I hurt a good bit last night. It took two beers to get rehydrated.
Some folks say, ( and I think I agree with them), that this large place keeps me going.
It's like Jim's health ranch. I get up every day with some chore in mind and most involve
physical labor.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
70, clear sky, light winds.
Folgers and a pop tart.
My cousin and his wife are due to arrive today and stay for a week or so.
Family reunion planned for next weekend. I have a camp site all set up
with 50 amps and water out by the barn along with a portable fire pit.
Should be fun.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
62 heading to the upper 80’s, another break from the 90’s thank you!
Leaving next Wednesday for several days at the Upper Columbia River reservoir so today I’ll be getting stuff ready for that. Should be a nice morning to be outside. Had an offer on that Taurus revolver I have for sale so I may have to drive to Post Falls ID to do the transfer. Waiting to hear back on my counter offer.

Partly cloudy today: currently 70 with sse 10 mph wind; expected.high is 90. Might be a good day to take Ranch Hand and Bond to range, still trying to get on top of those two. Everybody have a great day!

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Raining here today, sure glad I got all the yards mowed yesterday afternoon.
Probably spend a good part of the day loading, and I may step out on the back deck and sling a piece or two of lead at the gongs.

Hot and humid this morning. I didn't catch the temperature but felt like a sauna waling the dogs. Cereal, strawberries and coffee for breakfast. Sitting in front of the lgs waiting for them to open. I forgot they open at 10 on Saturday.

Another afternoon in the house. 92 outside here at 12: 30 PM with a 73 dew point and feels like 100. After 11 AM I'm in the house.
Need to get down to the range and check the place out next week.

Hot and dry. Might pause shooting for awhile until we get some rain. Grass fires are high hazard right now. Tea in a Henry mug.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Topped out around 40 yesterday, rain, hail, sleet and snow all day. Stiff breeze to go with it so didnt feel like it got near 40.
Sheep have been lambing for a week, all paddock born and raised, thankfully none decided to lamb yesterday but the first 2 calves were born.
We had 30" until the end of June probably another 5-6" this month, it is to wet to get around checking them on anything but the bike, good wet weather gear and warm clothing are a must.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Coffee hitting the spot this morning. Going up to see my son later. Taking him some cow wormer. Will look at the replacement cows he bought for me, ( with my money...he will haul them down from his farm in a week or two when he gets time) and also look at the cows and hair sheep he bought, ( with his money
)
And will check out a cool big gun safe he bought at an auction yesterday. Should be a nice day. Hope that for all you out there everywhere.
