Morning, 61° here this Am, and saying it will reach 82° later.
I'm headed down to the river, going to put vinyl siding on my buddies shed.
The daughter and family are suppose to be here tomorrow from SC.

73 this morning with clear skies and light wind. Going for a high of 94. 96 tomorrow.
Coffee and cookies this morning as usual.
Got quite a bit of yard work done yesterday and will probably finish up today.
I need to top dress the front yard and then level my top soil pile into lawn out by the barn.
We're in the middle of a heat wave with highs in the 90s for at least the next week, but
it's dry heat. No humidity so I don't mind working out side. Of course I do most in the cool
of the morning and work in the ACd shop, or at least in the shade in the afternoon.
We purchased a half of a half of beef from a farmer friend and he says he will deliver
it this afternoon, so I'll have to carry it downstairs and Carol will pack it into the freezer.
He feeds his beef out on corn so looking foreword to good eats once again.

62 at 5:15 this morning, that’s nuts for early June. Heading to 82 today which will be 10 degrees less than yesterday thankfully. Cold front coming in with highs for Sat and Sun of 68 and then warming up to the mid 70’s which is more typical for us this time of the year.

Today we’re heading into the small local town to buy groceries for our upcoming trip. I did some work for my neighbor’s a while ago and as a thank you they gave us a $75 gift certificate to the local butcher that is a quality shop. That will be fun to spend......yum!

Tomorrow we’ll pack up the trailer and get out of dodge on Sunday.

Took a ride to the mountains today with a good friend. Got back late afternoon 92 degrees here today

It was about 90 here today, got the yard mowed ahead of some rain supposed to arrive tomorrow. Hope all had a great day.

major packing morning ....first up, get all tools and supplies left in the camper that were used in our curtain product .... in addition, with the exception of our Traveler smoker, I hope to finish storing items in the camper's basement and on the carrier .... I've pretty much got placement of the items in my head but once the real world kicks in. ???? .... no hurry for breakfast but am looking forward to my first cup of Folgers .... watching "Winchester '73" filmed in 1950 staring James Stewart and Shelly Winters

Morning, overcast and 70° here this AM. Daughter and family arrived early and me and the 2 oldest are playin in the yard.

An unbelievable 79 this morning. Clear and light winds. It's supposed to get close to
100 degrees this afternoon. Our normal high should be 75.
The GW crowd is celebrating the coming of our extinction.
They're rioting in the streets of Minneapolis.
Summer in full swing.

Carol is cleaning the pool in her nightgown while it's still a little cooler. Pretty sure we will be
using it this afternoon. (Our back yard is very private).

Coffee and cookies.
Nothing too strenuous today.
Going to keep it cool.

52 heading to around 70 and windy. The cold front arrived yesterday and it was very blustery. Interesting this year I had decided to try to water my lawn every other day for a longer period of time instead of daily. Unfortunately we have had the perfect storm this spring with high temperatures, high winds and no rain. My lawn was starting to brown out so today I will start watering every day. I’m on a well so have to be aware of how much water I’m using in a time period.

Today we pack up the trailer and hook up the truck. Also have to pack up the truck with the bbq. Lawn chairs , generator etc. Going to run by the store and pick up last minute items like deli products. Then tomorrow we’re heading east (okay, just east to Montana, not that far ). Probably a six hour drive with stops. Four nights near Helena and then a couple of hours south for four more nights near Dillon. Then an 8+ hour drive home. Thankfully the extreme heat has passed and we’re looking at pleasant temps in the 70’s for next week.

82° this morning and so far no rain. The day's not over yet though! Just had a bowl of cereal and coffee for breakfast. Watching "Gunfighter" (1998) on the computer. I might reload some today, not sure yet.

I slept late cause of my cow/calf sorting day yesterday and still first one posting on this morning thread. I always liked waking up early and going to bed early.. we all have our own sweet spot. I'm sure the rest of you will get up when it's the right time for you to do so... enjoy the coffee when you do....

Steak and eggs for breakfast. Need some energy for a long work day. Bought a Ryobi battery powered pole saw yesterday to trim some branches around the house. Standing on a ladder with a chainsaw is really a dumb thing to do anymore. Saw does what is supposed to do so now I have to cut up the downed limbs before temps hit 90º again. Have a good Sunday.

44 heading to somewhere in the 60’s with a nice sunny sky. Looks like the winds have died down (at least for now) and for that I am thankful. Leaving here in a bit for Montana and pulling a travel travel trailer in the winds can be a white knuckle experience. Going over two passes including the Continental divide so winds are no fun.

For now I’m enjoying a cup of coffee and this website but will be getting it in gear shortly.

Those things will still give the shoulders a workout if you've got a lot to trim. I've been there. Good luck with the trimming. 82° here this morning and headed up to about 88° according to the weather. Scattered showers predicted for this afternoon. The general wants to go to the range today and slog through the mud setting targets. Bacon, eggs, muffin, and coffee for breakfast.
