Creek bridge update....
Project moving along now and with the help of 3 friends,,,,the crew.... we got the 16 ft. beams in place this morning.
Next thing is cutting up 4 ft. 2X6's for the decking and adding ramps on both ends plus hand railing.

nice .... with the cost of lumber, you might want to add coverage to your home owner's policy ....

Looking good Forty.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Looks like a professional job there! How are you going to anchor it?

May make up some brackets that can attach to the piers. Yes getting those in place today was a big deal and glad I had the help to get it done.Shakey Jake wrote: ↑Tue Jun 01, 2021 7:56 pmLooks like a professional job there! How are you going to anchor it?

Coming along nicely, and having friends help is a plus.
Looks like there is a little water in there today but not enough to be a hindrance though.
Do any shooting while you were there?

Re: Creek bridge update....
Didn't do any shooting. We were done by 11:30 and the boys had some other things to do. Today I'm going to pick up 2x6's and cut them for the decking.
Also have to make up a ramp for each end. On our way back home on I-95 there was a major wreck on the South bound lanes couple miles from home and a great thing we decided to get the job done in the morning. Traffic was back up for miles and we could have been in it!
