47 heading to the 70’s, I think spring is here.

Continuing my travel trailer preps today, got the water systems flushed, sanitized and re-flushed. Today I’ll pull it to the front of the house, plug it in and test all the systems. Before that I’m going over to the neighbors who just had major back surgery. He’s having trouble with the step from his house to the garage and asked me to install a railing. Picked up the parts yesterday.

Interesting process on his back surgery. First one surgeon cut him open from the front and moved all his internal organs out of the way. Then a second surgeon cut him open from the back and repaired his spine. Don’t know the exact terminology but one of his discs was completely gone and the space was filled with a replacement. More than that but that’s what really hit home for me when he was explaining the process.

Makes me cringe!....that's what they say I need; lower back and neck!

If I had had my aorta done a few years ago that is what they would have done. A friend had it done that way.
42 with clear skies and light winds. Supposed to hit 80 tomorrow. 60s are normal for this time of year.
Folgers and Chocolate Chip cookies.
Got the tub room floor done. Three coats of Epoxy paint.
Will wash and glaze windows today.

50 heading to the mid 70’s and breezy. Partly cloudy, this has been some pretty incredible weather for us for April. Playing golf today then heading to my wife’s cousin’s place for a bbq. Not a bad day at all!

Continuing with my camper preps for next week’s trip. Haven’t loaded anything yet except for this...

Up at 5:20 and off just before 6 mtn time made it to the daughters in Naches Washington about 12:30 pac time. 75 here today and chilling out after the 1100 plus mile drive.

Driving wears me out. It was 65 here today, same tomorrow....will be at the range I think.

Up at 5:20 and off just before 6 mtn time made it to the daughters in Naches Washington about 12:30 pac time. 75 here today and chilling out after the 1100 plus mile drive.

Wow! With the time change accounted for you drove 1100 miles in 7 hours 30 minutes. How fast did you drive? Or did you mean 12:30 AM. That must be it. Then it would be 19 hours 30 minutes. More like it.

61 and sunny. Light winds that will increase later. It could hit 85 today. Not normal, but I'll enjoy it.
Sausage, egg, toast, Jelly and Folgers consumed.
Out side work today. I've got brakes again on the four wheeler so I can drive it down to the lake without
ending up in the lake.
Our plan this afternoon is to put the dock in. Spring is here.

Had a blessed day yesterday, it started with a few rounds of 45 colts, and 2 rifles off the back deck.
While the wife went to pick up one of the grandsons, when he got here he wanted to swing in the new big swing.
We did that for a while then he wants to take a walk in the woods, one of his favorites when he's here.
So we spent an hour or so walking and splashing through the creek, found a couple turtles.
Then back to the house for some viddles and more playin.
Had a big time, both of us.

Hey Al, welcome back to Warshingtn’ for a bit.

45 heading to the upper 60’s with sunshine and breezy in the forecast. Nice week ahead, not overly warm but not cold either. Today I will finish up the camper preps and make a food run. Neighbor that I did some work for earlier this week dropped off a thank you gift certificate to a local butcher who sells quality meat. So, we’ll be eating good in the ole’ campground this week.

Tomorrow we’ll load up clothes and personal items hitch up and head out about noon. Just a short 2.5 hour drive to camp which won’t allow setup before 2:30.

Been raining for the past two days. Did make it out to the range with the general yesterday and shot some .22 bullets with the P229. Stopped by the LGS and found a Ruger Blackhawk .22/.22WMR new on sale and snagged it. Ammo is looking better in supply around these parts as well. $17/box for 115gr 9mm at the gun range. About $7 above the norm but they seem to have plenty. The LGS wasn't bad either. They had most all calibers. I even saw some .32acp and .32 S&W Long. I cooked sausage, eggs, toast, and coffee for breakfast this morning. In the mid 70's and rain.

Today mostly sunny conditions with 20 mph winds out of northwest, the high of 84. Went to granddaughter’s soccer game this morning, team is all 1st graders all 12 of them. Poor coach it’s like herding cats. Took her and her sisters for lunch. Guess where? Micky”D’s”, I swear that’s the only place they want to eat, that and Chinese buffet.

Started from Burley Id Coop. I had left home the day before. But Ive been running about 80. Rented a car cause I got one at a really good rate. Hyundai Elantra. Pretty nice car really had 64 miles on it.
