Carol has her own LCP, and she is a pretty deadly shot with it. She's a natural I think.
It's in her night stand unless the grand kids are here. Then we lock it up. Gotta be safe.
Being an attorney she has made some enemies and we are careful about security.
So far there has been no need for it but she has had to ask folks to leave that she deemed
not trustworthy. I am always here when she has clients and she just tells them that her
husband takes good care of her so they should leave. So far they do...........

up and at'um early .... 56 on its way to 74 with no chance of rain .... we just got home from taking our Sportchassis to our local mechanic to have him find a leak in the truck's pressurized air system .... on our way back we filled Maureen's Camaro which we will leave shortly for just under a hundred mile round trip drive to northeast of Durham were we will get our second Covid shots .... Folgers flowing while sausage and eggs are frying .... once we get back home the next thing on our schedule is a 6PM T-Ball game ... :D .... watching "The Spirit of St Louis" made in 1957, staring James Stewart
That is a classic movie. James Stewart; what an actor.
66 here right now, slight chance of rain. Piddle around in the shop later.

33 heading to 60+ with sunny skies. A very nice day indeed.

Today I pull the travel trailer out of the shop and start to summerize it. I’ll drain and flush the antifreeze from the water system then fill the fresh water tank and treat it with bleach to sanitize it. Let it soak for 24 hours and again drain and flush. Always a good day when the camper wakes up!

Picked up four large cans of Black Silk from Wallys yesterday and it’s flowing nicely. Thinking ahead to next week when I’ll be enjoying my coffee sitting outside the trailer. I doubt I’ll have any internet where I’m going so I will miss my morning reading of this forum. :(

I forgot that Carol had a dentist appointment this morning and she woke me up just in time.
40s, spotty showers, light breeze.
No time for breakfast. Got her there and then went to a McDonald's and got a burrito and decaf coffee.
Not too bad.
She had an infected tooth pulled. So far she's mumbling around the house.

I woke up running at the gate. It was a warm and muggy 73° this morning. Getting to that time of year when the AC runs 24/7. There might be another one or two days we can open the back door and let the cool morning breeze come through. Cereal, toast and coffee. Got the mobility (wheel chair) van that we use to take the sis-in-law to Dr's appointments inspected for tags then dropped by the LGS. Asked about primers again and just got the ole' shoulder shrug. I was told to check back about 5 pm as they were expecting a delivery but said they never know if they're actually being delivered or not.

38, bright sunshine, calm winds. :D Supposed to be nice for the next week and in the sixties today.
Coffee, a grape fruit and cookies.
Got the floor painted in the tub room yesterday afternoon. Still have a sealer coat to do. Maybe today.
Our beloved Governor is considering removing his restrictions. He's rather power hungry.
Several restaurants have closed for good because of these. Sad.

Today: Sunny today. Currently it’s 39; the high will be 70. Sounds like a very nice spring day. Everybody have a great day! Looks like I’ll be able to sneak away to the range.

37 heading to the mid 60’s with a peek at the 70’s for the next two days. We have a 9:30 Zoom event with our 6th grade granddaughter. It’s generation day at her school so grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. are invited to join. We will be joining her science class, should be fun.

Forgers Black Silk for now but breakfast is on the horizon. I just got back from my nosy neighbor run, we have two houses being built nearby so I do my walk about before the contractors show up. It’s very enjoyable to watch the progress for a novice like me.

Muggy 76° this morning at 7:00 a.m. I guess we've seen the last of spring for sure. Cooked eggs, bacon, toast and coffee for breakfast. Loaded a few .44 special rounds and now going to start on a customer clarinet overhaul.
