Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
T'was about 58° this morning. Should be headed towards mid-70's. No rain until Friday they say. Made bacon, French toast, and coffee for breakfast. Headed to the LGS to see if, by chance, they have any small pistol primers. It's close to a Office Depot as I need to get some printer paper to print off the tax return. I like to keep a printed copy just in case something goes bad with the hard drive. I had more trades this year than in the past so the form 8949 was pretty lengthy.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Yikes, a hard freeze this morning. 28° now so it will be colder at daylight. We Covered all the stuff we didn't want frosted on (flowers, and stuff in garden) no turkey hunting this morning for this thin skinned old goat.... warmer days promised next week. Coffee is good on these mornings. This will knock a hole in the acorn crop this fall..could make deer hunting easier, but a tougher winter on everything that eats um.....
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
30 heading to 67 and sunny. Possible thunderstorms tomorrow and then some good rain on Saturday and Sunday. All my clean up has created more burn piles so plans are this weekend to get them cleaned up. Too dry to burn otherwise.
We’re leaving a week from Sunday for a five night trip to central Washington so fingers crossed for sunny skies.
Re-stocked the Black Silk yesterday so that crisis has been avoided.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
A cool and breezy 47° this morning walking the dogs. I don't know it that's a record low or not. Just cereal, toast, and coffee this morning. One client on the books for today. Went to the local LGS to ask if they had any primers and, of course, the answer was no. I guess I'll just shoot rimfire as long as it lasts and then shoot whatever I have.

I’m camping and forgot coffee. I have to ride my bike 1.5 miles for the nearest latte. That’s about all I have planned for the day.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Woke up this AM to a pretty good frost on the back yard shed. The wife and I covered or took in all of potted flowers and vegeis. We covered all the others with sheets and blankets yesterday. We didn't have any casualties that we are aware. We have most of the cool weather and summer vegetables up and growing. Be a shame to lose any. None of the weather sites could recall a such a late frost for North Texas. I'm not sure if we broke any records, but I have never in my 67 years seen such. I remember a few frosts and snow in early April. but nothing this late.
I hope everybody good luck and Minimal damages.

Well it's a coool 32° here this morn, up to the low/mid 60's later. Headed down to the river, my buddy is going to help change all 4 rotors, and put new pads on the wife's car.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
beautiful but cold morning in central NC .... up to 36, if there are any pumpkins out there, they have frost on them .... sure hope it won't cause a major problem for the strawberry crop .... its only supposed to get up to 60 later today and another frost on tap for tonight .... regular breakfast of sliced tomato, local sausage, eggs and Folgers flowing freely .... watching "Winchester 73" made in 1950 staring James Stewart
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Today: sunny today, it’s currently 28; the high will be 61.
Baking today, going to see a different bunch of grandkids this weekend. They called GPa up and put their requests in, banana bread and monkey bread. Have to finish making granddaughter’s 1st Communion present also. Everybody have a great day!
