Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
I mowed my lawn a few days ago. I’m torn between finishing the kitchen remodel, working outside and plinking. I hate having to make adult decisions.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
for us, this morning got off to an early start .... with a 9:15 appointment to get our first Covid shots an hour's drive south and not knowing what to expect as to traffic and driving conditions, we left early .... the drive went smoothly, we got to the CVS Pharmacy about 15 minutes early .... after the required 15 min waiting period after getting the shots, we headed home .... we got about half way home before we found a restaurant without a long line at its drive through window .... folks who live in areas where BoJangles restaurants are located will understand .... at the first one we came to that had inside seating open we finally stopped for breakfast .... its literally been months since I've tasted one of their Cajun fillet biscuits with egg, cheese, and bacon .... it sure hit the spot ... watching "God Is My Co-Pilot" made in 1945 that stars Dennis Morgan and Raymond Massey

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Glad to hear you got your shots! It was about 56°this morning during the dog walk. Right now it's a cool 65°. Going to a bit of work and reloading today. The youngin' is itchin' to got to the range and shot his new Kimber. He'll have to wait until tomorrow. UofH plays Baylor today. I hope UofH wins but it's going to be tough. I'm pretty sure it will be Gonzaga and Baylor in the final, but ya' never know for sure.JEBar wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 11:33 amfor us, this morning got off to an early start .... with a 9:15 appointment to get our first Covid shots an hour's drive south and not knowing what to expect as to traffic and driving conditions, we left early .... the drive went smoothly, we got to the CVS Pharmacy about 15 minutes early .... after the required 15 min waiting period after getting the shots, we headed home .... we got about half way home before we found a restaurant without a long line at its drive through window .... folks who live in areas where BoJangles restaurants are located will understand .... at the first one we came to that had inside seating open we finally stopped for breakfast .... its literally been months since I've tasted one of their Cajun fillet biscuits with egg, cheese, and bacon .... it sure hit the spot ... watching "God Is My Co-Pilot" made in 1945 that stars Dennis Morgan and Raymond Massey

Good luck , Jake. Never know about a ball game. I remember way back in the day, Houston was a tough act to follow.

39 degrees now, on its way to 73.
It will be the start of a warm week. Not sure where that weather was last week when I was on vacation. The downside is it should really boost the tree pollen counts.
New coffee pot should come today. Fortunately the old one still functions, but I think it is on it’s last legs.

Coffee and Granola. 39 degrees, clear sky, and heading for a high in the seventies.
Should be a really nice day.
Happy Easter.

Morning, been up for an hour, just checked and it's 43°, and still a few coals smoldering out side.
72 later they say, and full sun, not sure what I'll do today, but I'm thinkin maybe sling a little lead.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
40 when I got up a few hours ago and looking to get to 58 with maybe some Easter sprinkles. Sure would like to see some more rain, it’s getting pretty dry out there again.
Just planning on some more winter clean-up today, should be a perfect day to be outdoors.
Gonzaga beat UCLA last night with a 40’ buzzer beater at the end of overtime. It was a hard fought game between two hard nosed teams. Now on the Baylor Monday night. I watched Baylor dominate Houston yesterday and man are they good.

56° this morning on the dog walk. Should warm up pretty good today. I'm guessing mid to upper 70's. Had coffee, cereal, and toast for breakfast. Going to get some work done today and hopefully a little guitar practice and reloading.

I watched that. One heck of a shot! Two top teams with Baylor & Gonzaga. Should be a barnburner.
