Dance like some one is watching

Post by The Wiz » Wed Mar 17, 2021 7:04 pm

I was surfing u tube and ran across some Sina drum covers so I started to listen to a few. I saw she had one by Yes called Roundabout. Just happens to be one of my most favorite groups. So with head phones on LOUD, I closed my eyes, strapped on my air guitar and started to boogie with Sina. After busting a few moves, I open my eyes and found my wife watching me. I smiled and kept on dancing and playing. I even put down a few licks on my bass and organ. Afterwards, I looked at her and I told her I still have it. She said not bad for an old fart. Ouch!

By the way, thanks to whoever on the forum who gave us(me) a heads up on Sina. One talented young lady.

Totally agree, Wiz. It was Dave77 who first posted a link to her youtube videos( http://henryrifleforums.com/viewtopic.p ... ina#p63815 ).

I was blown away by her, too. Her tribute to Ringo Starr demonstrates her deep understanding of percussion and his contribution to The Beatles. So cool. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NCczct2ZIM

Heck, I'm 77, I go nearly every Sat. nite.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

I won't try to take credit for being first, by a long shot. ;) but I posted those kids in the old "songs that make you smile thread..."

Barracuda and Black Velvet were favorites...

The gal singing with them kills it, and the young guitar player is amazing.

by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.
