Went to Jack in the Box to try one of the quadruple burgers but I guess individual Jack in the Box's can have different specials. They didn't have it, was disappointed, wanted to see if I could finish one. Had a double fillet fish sandwich which was very good. Looked pretty close to the picture, not quite as tall.

Tonight Marie Callendars Chicken Pot Pie. Ya know it was pretty damn good. Didnt mind it a bit. Havent had one in a while but Id do it again.
A while back I had her Turkey Dinner. Wow! That was really good and I tried to finish it all but couldn't. I came close though.
Then I read on the box that is was meant to be shared with family members. (Burp!)

Mardi gras was late this year. I made Creole meat pie as an appetizer, and fricassee of chicken and sausage over rice.

Yup, Lent. We had a very good fish chowder accompanied by a nice crusty French bread.
Oh yeah, and a bloody mary. :D

Scalloped potatoes and ham and I threw a couple of chopped up serranos in it, mighty tasty!

Good ole greasy burgers at the local watering hole in Port Aransas. Went with some of the other people here in the RV park. They're from North Dacotah. Up there around Grafton. Very nice people. They have a nice MH. Dutch Star.

Tonite was Italian beef hoagies. Hot Italion beef with sauteed bell pepper, onion, mozzerella cheese and marinara sauce.
A little gouda cheese macaroni salad on the side.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
