I was wondering if I had actually killed the Candida so we went to our favorite steak house last night. Keep in mind that it feeds on sugar and carbs.
So here was the test. I had a walleye and corn chowder, fantastic, then a deep fried walleye with twice fried potatoes. All that came with a Tanqueray Martini, garlic toast and a relish dish. All of that was really good.
Then at home a couple hours later a couple more martinis.
No burning legs and I slept like a baby.
I guess that rigid diet works. :D

Wow! Been there, done that. That wife is long gone and don't miss her one bit.
After spending 17 years recovering from her I remarried and now have been with Carol for 25 plus years.
Now the thing is, she has four sisters and I get along with them all. Thank heavens. In fact twice now they
and all their daughters have descended on our home for a sister's weekend. It's a hoot, but with all that
estrogen in the house, I move to the Motor Home for the duration. :D With sisters there has to be one
spouse that they all dislike and thank God for one brother in law who fills that role.

BTW, the Candida seems to be back, but not as severe. :(

2 Shiners down here on the Gulf. When you guys salute think about BRM4450 in Dacotah. Hope he is ok
I am well, my hiatus was because my grandkids were going to take a break from screens and social media and wanted me to do it also. So that’s the reason I was incommunicado. I do appreciate the concern, you people are the best :)

Nothing like some quality time with family, good deal BRM.
Good to see it weren't something bad.
Just opened a second cold one, got a little fire in the stove,
tryin' to find a piece or two in this puzzle.
May have to indulge in something a little stronger later. ;)
Salute!!

Sitting in the dark, no heat, area wide power outage. Fog froze to power lines and they get to heavy and they snap. Went to start generator and it won’t start. Gotta message from emergency management, said that this may last a few days because of the frost on lines and winds are to increase tomorrow. Got an Alberta Clipper moving in. Highs to be sub zero this weekend. I think I’ll have an Irish and go try to start generator again, so skol!
