I find that what goes around comes around. I sent a guy on the Miata forum a damaged taillight I had, he wanted to experiment on it before modifying his (they are very expensive new, over $300) later on when I posted about a poor powder coat on an expensive shift knob that the online store was refusing to replace he put a quality powder coat on it for me for no charge.

Before, dealer said I must be hitting it with my keys.

After, several years and no chips or scratches. He did it twice, wasn't happy with the first one, said he tried to chip it and said it took a pretty good hit with a wrench to chip it.

Good on you Dave.

Recently Greyhawk sent to me at his expense a set of Lee 41 mag dies for no charge. Shortly there-after a local guy was looking for Lee four hole turrets without any success. I had an extra and in the spirit of Greyhawk I sent it to him N/C. Let this goodness continue. :D
