Smoking the ham today......

Normally I'd do this Christmas Eve but due to severe rain/storms coming thru tomorrow had to do it today. In the high 60's tomorrow than big storm front moves thru with a frigid 34 F for Christmas Day!!
So already had the smoker setup on porch of the Shootin' Shack and got the hickory coals going and a slow smoke while enjoying Buster's company.

A sniff and two barks and Buster says it's good to go and Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

Oh I had a couple beers while watching the smoker and then Buster gave me the eye!
