Greetings from Lake Michigan

Post by beaverislander » Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:59 pm

Howdy,
I live 32 miles from shore, out in Lake Michigan. Have had a Henry .22LR for a few years and just bought a .357 that should arrive this week, I'm really looking forward to it.

Welcome from Nebraska. I like your location.
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Thanks for the welcome RanchRoper. We have had a very easy fall and winter but that changed yesterday, we now have out first snow on the ground. Makes it a little harder to find the brass, eh?

Correction!...my bad. Door county is in Wisconsin, however beautiful also.
Sleeping Bear Dunes is Michigan. Used to stay on Glen Lake.
BTW, I am very close to Tryon.

It was an uneasy feeling for me to be looking down the mountain, right off the railing on his deck.

Lots of lake effect snow, and there are 3 more planned boat trips....weather permitting. It's always laid up the week before Christmas.
