RIP Charlie Pride. Always liked some Charlie Pride music. Burgers and Fries is a great one.

I listen to an oldies AM country station from rural Montana in the truck, they play lots of his stuff. RIP, thanks for the music.

The first time we ever went to the New York State Fair was to see Charlie Pride in 1973. My parents and some of the neighborhood families went. He played at the free venue. I grew up on the country music that dad always had on the radio. I knew every song he sang that night. I was old enough to remember it was an excellent performance.
