Unfortunately that was Ernie’s sister not mine. Had it been mine she and I would have had a cup of coffee and a tool box loading party yesterday.

Still waiting to hear from Ernie’s sister tho.....


Mild day today, 32 heading to 36 with low clouds/fog expected. A nice day to remain indoors and do honey-do’s which might include organizing the basement.

Light snow tomorrow with maybe some plowable accumulations next week. We’ll see on that.

Coffee and pie. Carol just asked if I wanted a sausage sandwich, but too late.
Already finished the pie and no longer hungry.
Ex daughter in law is bringing her vehicle down to my friends shop for work and
I need to drive her back home through the twin cities. Hate that traffic, but with
Covid it isn't as bad.

37° this morning, coffee and breakfast was good. Running errands with the wife and dog. Not going to do much today, gotta rest up a tad. It's going to get up to 60° later today and tomorrow. Frosty in the morning, and nice afternoons. Cheers

34 chilly but happily above freezing this morning .... its supposed to get up to 64 later today with no rain on the horizon .... not much on the agenda for today .... sooner or later we'll get around to breakfast .... thoroughly enjoying rewatching Sergeant York ..

34° and fog. 1st cup of coffee is down, and going in for a second one. Still trying to figure out the morning routine in the new place. We're about 1/3 done unpacking. It's going slow on my end, but she's like a Tasmanian Devil. The garage is a scene from a disaster movie. I've located all my ammo and weapons, and they are safe and sound in a climate controlled room. Anyway were making progress. Hope y'all are safe and well. Cheers

Balmy 64° at 6 or so this morning. Supposed to get up towards 80. Cold front moving in to produce showers later in the evening so temps will go back down for the weekend.

30 heading to 32, man what a nice increase. Light snow falling with maybe a couple of inches today. Not sure what’s on tap for today but since I dodged the basement clean up yesterday it may re-surface today if Mrs. hatchdog remembers. I did receive my extension rings yesterday so I am going to re-mount my scope on my M1A standard rifle and hope I can get the scope back far enough.

Enjoying my coffee and fire. Time to get up and refill both my mug and the stove.

Thanks Larry, I'm taking it easy for now. I have a lot to do. Took the dog for a ride this morning in the SXS. We were out running some country roads next to Boone lake.
