BigAl emailed me asking if everything is okay since I hadn't been on the forum for a bit. Things are fine. I've been busy having house improvements done, new roof, house leveling, painting, new flooring etc. and, frankly, just got out of the habit of visiting the forum. Thanks for everyone's concern and I promise I'll visit more frequently.

Thats one thing nice about these forum. People actually notice if someone is not on for a while and care enough to check on said person. Well done guys!

And Jake, I've never talked to you or met you, but I also am glad you are good. Remodeling and home improvement is not a small task, even if the homeowner is not the one doing the work. Here's to you bud, 🍻 hoping everything gets done the way you want it to.
