Jason Bourne takes a hit...

Post by Koyote » Sat Aug 06, 2016 2:28 pm

According to Forbes, Matt Damon's latest Jason Bourne flick took a hit of 71% last night. While most movies dive after their opening, it was probably because of his closed mouth characterization of the Bourne character in this latest outing, speaking only 45 lines in the whole movie.
Or...or...it could also have been Damon's hypocritical stance on firearms when he stated he admired the Australian version of gun control where the government lied to the people and eventually just confiscated their firearms. He also stated that he wished the U.S. had the same system. Needless to say his popularity has taken a huge hit.

He should have retired after "Saving Private Ryan".

I hope every thing he's is in is a disaster.
I have vowed to not watch anything he's in, the same goes for Liam Neeson.
If they don't like it here then I go somewhere else.
Think it was one of the Clantens said in Tombstone.

I took a stand and didn't watch the last Quentin Tarentino movie because of what he said about police. This time around, I will probably still watch the Bourne movie because I really like the series.

Kevin Costner has spoken out firearm ownership (after he learned how to handle single actions so well for Silverado) and so have many others. I can't boycott all films.
