from closely watching and rewatching the video, I do believe the way you worked the lever while seated was the primary cause of the ejection issue .... we've learned with all three of our Henry rifles, that if we do our job in working the lever, the action will do its job in getting rid of the empty case .... we do a great deal of shooting from a rest because the vast majority of our deer hunting is done shooting from a rest in a deer stand .... that practice includes shell ejection .... it would really be interesting to see your 35 shot from a solid rest with a good scope .... my bet is its groups would be most impressive

Hr
That is one if not the best tack shot that I have ever seen. Truly Awesome.

I bought a H010 45/70 approx. 1 month ago, it shot one foot to the left at 25 yards and the holes for a Skinner sight was drilled 1/16" off center. I sent the rifle back and with in a week I had a brand new rifle at my front door. They have excellent customer service.

I love my Henry Carbine, and my experience with Henry Customer Service had me go out and buy a second rifle.
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

I suspect that their proven commitment to customer service has sold bunches of rifles for them .... I know it played a part in putting 3 in our vault .. :D
