Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Supposed to hit 70 today and sunny. Sold my Double Tap 45 today (disliked that lil pistol) and cleaned out the garden and put everything away for next year. Looked at a Beretta 92 9mil pistol today but walked away and will think about it. Going to have lunch and a nap then maybe work in the shop putting more stuff away.

A record 80 today, they say. I'll take it over 20.

56 on a beautiful morning in Central NC with some fog and 98% humidity .... headed to 75 later today with single digit wind .... after sausage, eggs, sliced tomato and Folgers, I find I have little desire to get up and at'um this morning .... nothing major on tap
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
A sunny morning with a windy high of 70 predicted, right now 57. Was nice to get out of house and watch grand daughter’s basketball game yesterday. Today Mass on TV, Skype with son in Denmark and maybe trip to range if not to windy. Everyone have a great day!

Cloudy this morning and highs in the low 70s. Going to run the mower and mulch the remaining leaves. Neighbor has a Mercedes diesel step van that is 20+ foot long in kind of rough shape that he is talking about selling. He is going to come by later to buy a welder and let me know how much he wants for it. I want something to haul stuff with and build some work benches in. Told him it had to be very reasonable, we will see.

Woke up way too early again today, 4:00 am. So by now I’m pretty much coffeed out.

18 and it’s a very frosty pumpkin out there.
Chance of 2-4 inches of snow overnight so I know what my tomorrow morning plans are.
Nice fire in the stove and a hot cup of coffee nearby. Today is supposed to be nice so it’s get outside and finish chores day for me. Not a terrible day at all! Pretty much rode the recliner all day yesterday so getting outside is looking appealing.

Still in the 80s here, possibly a shower or two later in the week. Dry as an old bone here now.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Went over to Cracker Barrel this morning and had breakfast with my retired friends.
Eggs over easy, honey cured ham, hash browns and coffee.
62 and cloudy when I went over, by noon 66.
Went to work in my shop and the front hit. I heard the rain start up and when I
came into the house the temps had dropped 30 degrees and it was raining hard.
Everyone seemed depressed.

Cracker Barrel is hard to beat, Coop. Love their breakfast, especially the Old timers breakfast ( seems to fit me, LOL ).

We have one here west of us about 15 miles. Theres always a wait to get in but I love going. Not a big fan of the hashbrown casserole but I sure do like them grits. Grits and eggs are hard to beat in my old world.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Mowing my 87 year old mothers yard today to get leaves chewed up. Moving cows and bulls to different pastures so can get them moved again Thursday or Friday so come deer season Saturday they will be out of the way of my families hunting spots. Coffee good again this morning for the ten thousandth time... thats pretty reliable I should say.....
