Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather

26 and very windy this morning. Warming trend starts tomorrow.
Coffee and chocolate chip cookies prior to church.
Had brunch at home. Carol loves fried corn meal mush so we stayed home so she could make it.
It's OK. I guess.
Along with that was Brunel's Old Folks Sausage Patties and farm fresh eggs.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
First cup of coffee for the sunny morning and I’m enjoying my new kitchen island. It took me about 20 hours to put it gether over a four day period.
Most reviews said it took about eight and it was wobbly. Mine is rock solid because I took the time to tighten the bastions just right. The shipping weight was 180 pounds so it is very heavy.

Thanks grunt and Mark. I was speaking French part of the time but it really came out nice. I had two metal bristro tables there for a year to determine if I wanted an island. It really is functional and looks great.
Already on my third cup of coffee.

I thought the guy that pushed this thread over 1000 was supposed to get a bottle of whiskey or something. Seems to me Gene and Dave mentioned that

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
wasn't aware that ..
.. a chilly 36 on its way to 54 under a clear Carolina blue sky with a 0% chance of rain .... leftover part of a breakfast bowl from Waffle House was a great start for the day .... medical appointments once again are at the top of our agenda
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
The thermometer outside on my porch says it's 32 right now. And there's frost on the ground. This is MS. This ain't supposed to happen this time of year.JEBar wrote: ↑Mon Nov 02, 2020 7:21 amwasn't aware that .... a chilly 36 on its way to 54 under a clear Carolina blue sky with a 0% chance of rain .... leftover part of a breakfast bowl from Waffle House was a great start for the day .... medical appointments once again are at the top of our agenda

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
26 out there heading to the mid 50’s and a sunny day. Good day to clean the pine needles out of the gutters before we get more snow. Nice cup of Folgers nearby but it’s way too early to think about breakfast. My internal clock is all goofy due to these foolish clock changes.....grrrrrrrrr! Up way too early today.
