that 500 gr Nosler 458 round is one heck of a deep perpetrator .... having a diameter of .458" I looked into trying to load one in our Henry 45-70 .... the bullet's length is just too long .... I still believe that someone with more knowledge than I have could come up with a powder load to do so but that's way above my paygrade
