today is our 46th anniversary .... its 68 degrees and all 20% of the listed chance of rain is falling where we are camped at Thousand Trails Chesapeake Campground on the banks of the Piankatank ( :? ) River in coastal Virginia .... we were able to complete our basic setup after our arrival .... hopefully, if the weather cooperates, we can complete setting up tomorrow .... breakfast has come and gone, nothing of note on tap for today

44 and rain right now with a high wind warning for this afternoon. Looks like the worst of the wind will be south and west of my location but I’m still looking at 15 - 25 with gusts to 50. South and west is 25 - 35 with gusts to 65. Got the generator ready just in case.....

Planning on blowing out my lawn sprinkler system today as we have some overnight temps in the 20’s later this week.

Congrats! Happy Anniversary! Warm here again today. Supposed to get up into the lower 90's. Eggs, bacon, banana muffin, and coffee. Wasting time at the computer! :D

Been playing backyard mechanic today, putting an electric fuel pump on my 70 hp Johnson. Runs good on the hose. Final word will be when I put in in the water. Keeping all fingers, toes, eyes, crossed.
