Blackstone and Weber on the Atrium
I bought a small tabletop Weber today to go with the tabletop Blackstone griddle. The outdoor kitchen is fine for large groups or even just for me but when it gets cold I’ll shut it down.
The atrium is a lot closer to the kitchen and will be better for cold weather use for one or two people.
I’m really getting into this!

Blackstone makes a good griddle .... Weber makes a good grill .... put them together and you've pretty much got it covered ..

Re: Blackstone and Weber on the Atrium
I’m cooking more and heating pre-made food less now that the outdoor kitchen is setup and will continue to do so into the fall and even winter.
The atrium is uncovered and if needed I can take the tabletop grill and griddle to the covered area if needed.
I’m even thinking of taking a cooking class.

I’ve been alone now for long enough. I can’t meet women on YouTube.

I jumped the gun on the Blackstone. I only did three seasoning burns before cooking eggs. The large one was seasoned more than a dozen times before cooking and no sticking on it.

I bought one of those Weber Q grills for my RV trailer. I removed the regulator and I can just attach it to my trailer’s propane system. It does a great job! Nice bright colors on your Atrium.
