Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
72° currently. Haven't had breakfast yet as I've got to give blood this morning for my yearly. I try to make these appointments first thing in the morning but this time they moved it to 10 a.m. for some reason. I guess I can hold out. "Beta" is still wobbling in the gulf and not moving fast. We've only had about an inch of rain so far. Cloudy but rain has been on and off.

Moving has to be one of the most stressful things in life. Hope you find a range.dasmoeturhead wrote: ↑Mon Sep 21, 2020 6:11 amWe sold our house a month ago. We have to be out by Nov 13th. We've been looking hard for another place in this area. This is a crazy time in the market. Houses are selling fast. Our offer was accepted yesterday on a nice place in Chuckey, TN. It's close to Greenville, TN. The misses gets all the boxes checked on what she wanted. Me? Well there's no gun range. I knew I was very lucky to have a range. Going to have to find a place to shoot over that way. I also will need a compact tractor for the yard and drive. I've been looking at a new John Deere series one with a mower and bucket. Any suggestions? JD's are made right there in Greenville.
Didn't sleep much last night due to the activity yesterday due to the house buying action. 1st cup of coffee down, and going in for another. Oh, it's 36° and dark out. Cheers.

Hey, I was in Hill City just last week. What a gorgeous area. We stayed four nights at the Rafter Bar J Ranch RV park. Simply a wonderful place to stay. Hill City seems to be a nice community, didn’t stop but did drive thru a few times.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
The low this am was 46, made it up to 78, perfect Fall weather, for which I am thankful. My favorite time of the year, plus the 100+ days had worn out their welcome some time ago. Now maybe I can get a few things done outside.
I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
we awoke to a cool 47 degree morning on its way to 71 later today in central NC .... dogwood leaves are turning color .... the 10 day forecast is calling for 3 days with a high of 81, all other days the high is predicted to be in the low to mid 70's .... bacon, eggs and Folgers have come and gone .... once again, medical appointments are on tap .... we donated blood yesterday and my wife had a rough time .... I suspect that will be her last donation

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
High sixties the AM with clear skies. Supposed to stay nice for the coming week. Hooray! Lots of outdoor work to get done.
Coffee and Orio's as usual.
Our gun club has a .22 challenge this morning. The chairman has it set up with rules and medals. I'm going to watch since
I don't have a rifle worked up for it. These guys work on their rifles for weeks prior to the competition. Little things like
trigger pull and ammo. They are fanatics. I just don't have the time right now.

52 and cloudy with a predicted high of 73. Nice today and tomorrow with rain coming in for a few days after that! GREAT Then, back to high pressure and warmer temps next week. Today’s project is to wash and winterize the trailer and put it to bed for the winter. Didn’t get out as much as usual this year but did get In three one week trips, one weekend trip and one two week trip. Dang Covid anyway!!!!!
Enjoying my Folgers now and starting to think about some breakfast then gotta get toit’.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
I feel your pain. I finished up cleaning and polishing the RV Sunday and put it in the shed. Sure would like to get a short trip in before Winter, but.............
Hopefully we'll go someplace warm in a few months.
Hard to believe but campgrounds are booked solid around here. With children out of school and doing school work via computer, they can be at the lake just as well as home.
Seems they are.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
A lot of rain the last couple of days although it probably totals less than five inches. Not complaining as some roads are flooding in the area. All our roads are still looking good. Right now it's 76° and rainy.

I’m going to the range today. Rain is forecast for the next five days. Plus the housecleaners come today and I like to be gone.

55 here on the Island. But should round off in the high 70's. Good day for visiting Mom. We can only visit through an outside window because of the Covid rules. But we enjoy the visits.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
61 this AM with temps going to a high in the 80s.
Love Fall in Minnesoooota.
Cofffe and Orio's as usual, but then we always go out for a nice lunch. Yesterday was a Texas Brisket Sandwich with fries.
Today, BBQ.
Putting sealer on our redwood garage doors. Two coats on and one more to go today. Gun Club this afternoon.
Things are good.

Sir Henry,
You have very attractive luggage. Hope you enjoyed your trip.
52 and probably cloudy here on the east side. Got the trailer winterized yesterday but didn’t get it washed. Got to do that today as rain comes in later this afternoon and I want to get put away before it get’s all wet again.
Woke up early so I am hitting the Folgers hard so as soon as the sun comes up I can get going.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
52 on a beautiful morning in central NC .... next to no chance of rain with the temp slated to get up to 76 later today .... nothing major on tap which seems to be rather odd ..
.. hot peppers seem to be working on me so I moved to mild sausage this morning to go with eggs and Folgers ....
