fixed blade knife's

Here a couple knife's. The one in the sheath,
That says sharp. Is the one That I have carryed
For a very long time. And is my go to knife
For gutting or skining, it stays in one of my back pac's. The Elk Rige. Knife's are farely new to me.
I have used the bigger one , it's ok. I wish it had a diff. Handle, it needs something at the end to keep your hand from sliping off. The ammo wallet is to match the butt cuff on my 45-70

Beautiful knives, lovely collection that you have there. Thanks much for the photos! This old Browning pictured with a folder is my favorite fixed blade. It has taken a beating through the years, I got it sometime in the early 1970's. The Sharp knife , my wife got me for Xmas. Back when she started hunting with me. That would have been the late 70's.
I love that fixed blade, that handle is What my Elk ridge needs

I think I would buy more fixed blade knives but the laws in California are goofy (no surprise there). Concealing a fixed blade knife is a felony!

Firth stainless stamped on it. Anyone know anything about?

Fixed blade knives are all that I carry and use.

My EDC (Every day carry.) knife (BUCK Ranger Skinner 113.) is the one that I have been carrying for some time since I no longer use folding or pocket knives due to my hand arthritis. Good and bad days there.

These are my TOP 3 knives that I carry and keep around me the most:

Buck Ranger Skinner 113 (Fanny pack carry.)

Buck 119 Special (Open carry.)

Ka-Bar 1211 (Bed side and for traveling.)

I have changed my BUCK knives around a few times since I went to FIXED BLADE knives only too.

PS: My husband picked up some special custom fixed blades at a Missoula knife show (Robert P. Martin out of Idaho.) and he is having a friend from his company (Here in Montana.) put some handles on those two knives. My husband will have 4 custom made knives from RP Martin when these are completed. I went to the knife show with him and enjoyed myself. It was not a huge show but a very nice one. Everyone was nice, friendly and informative to me. The people there were knife makers and they had some beautiful knives.

The western L66. I just picked up at a gun show a couple weeks ago. Think it's from the 1960's
And the Remington made in the USA. I bought for my wife quite a wile ago. And she doesn't like it
So it hardly get's to go for a walk in the woods.
