Thanks Dakota.
Usually end of Summer, but sadly due to Covid school does not start for real this week.
Children and grand kids are coming out for a day of food and fun. Screw Covid!
We will however safe distance.

And thank you all of the men and women, past and present, who fought for and defended worker rights and sometimes paying the ultimate price.

HAPPY LABOR DAY everyone! Pretty smoky with all the fires here, but, we're fine. Not near as hot today, so, that helps.
Me and wife just kicking back. Maybe I'll make us some tacos later. Yeah, tacos and beer! Yummmm! Be safe folks.

Took it easy today which meant taking the Mustang out again this morning and then cleaning my Henry BB 357.
Has been GREAT weather for the holiday weekend!

If only summer here would end on Labor Day. If we are a little bit lucky, there will be drier and cooler weather by the middle of Oct.

Had to cook outside under roof as we had heavy rain all day long to total 3 inches on the gauge. The weatherman said only 20% chance so my hay now lays wet in the field. I wish California would have had what we got. It sure might have help those poor people out.
