Morning all from Jonesboro, Ga. OK, I just noticed I had an error in my post yesterday. I posted it was 87 degrees, and it was 77 degrees. Sorry about that, I need to try and proof read my post more closely in the future. It is 78 degrees, this morning, and is again hazy, hot and humid. Coffee this morning is great, and drinking it out of my Henry mug. Take care and be safe.

I need to find one of those Henry mugs! It's another beautiful day in Southern California. A little on the hot side but who can complain about clear skies and 90 degrees. Anyway, have a good one.

Iam going to due my snow dance soon.

Morning all from Jonesboro, Ga. I have been a "rain" dance for a couple of weeks now, biglever. So far, nothing. Guess I just don't have the lineage to be doing "rain" dances. At any rate, it is another hazy, hot and humid morning with little to no chance of rain today. Temp is 76. Looks like the best chance of rain for my area will be next Monday or Tuesday. Take care and be safe.

Good morning, we are to get rain today into this evening to help break the heat wave, then more on Sunday. Now, the rain is moving up through West Virginia and western Maryland toward southern Pa. But the temperatures are to be in the mid to upper 80's into next week. Surely beats the 90's. I do hope that the people in the south get some relief soon.

Still sunny and hot here. I couldn't tell you the last time it rained. My plants could use a good solid rain.

Its 66 deg. And my snow dance turned into rain
But I will take it. Its going to hit 84 today
But I do see some good signs around . acorns are droping , the goldenrod is starting to turn gold.
And the poison sumack is starting to turn red.
This means, you better cover that wood pile
And drain the water out of your old tractor or doddle bug. Put the boat away .cuz summer is about OVER.
Have a great day.
P.s. you better cover thoes tomato plants tonight.

I'm enjoying the same type of weather as you are having biglever. It's going to be a nice day. I'm going to try to fish this morning, after coffee of course. We'll see if things go well for that.

I hope you enjoy your day.

We had some rain last night and it is needed here. Under a flash flood watch from this afternoon until 11:00 PM tonight. Temps are a little lower but may go back up the first of next week. Wish a very nice week end to everyone. Go out and burn up some ammo. :)

I never cared for it either until I was 20 and in the Navy. I had to get up at 4:00AM and be in the galley by 4:30 to start breakfast and put the coffee on. Nice thing about that job was that I only worked 15 days out of a month, but long hours, 4:30 am till 6:00 pm. That's when I started to drink coffee and I still drink at least one cup a day. I just drink it black and I like dark roast. I like my iced tea also.

Morning all from Jonesboro, GA. Different day, same weather. 76 degrees, hazy, hot and humid, but still not rain. Scattered thundershowers seem to be avoiding my area. Hopefully, it will rain today. Take care and be safe.
