Re: Knives and Hats
Thank you. On another website, they had a thread going with hats and knives. And Pets and knives and they presented a lot of cool photos but I haven't seen much interest here so I haven't posted any of my other pictures. I appreciate your interest.

Don't have separate pics handy but the hat is a Sunbody 6" brim and the belt knife is a Silver Stag...
...the knife closeups are in the "everyday user" thread...

Re: Knives and Hats
That's a very good picture. That's a fine looking horse, nicely built. I think my Dermatology doctor would like me to wear a hat with a 6 inch brim. He told me I have to keep wearing my cowboy hats so he doesn't have to do more cutting on my ears.So I ave been thinking of something in the Sunbody style.RanchRoper wrote: ↑Mon Aug 10, 2020 8:25 pmDon't have separate pics handy but the hat is a Sunbody 6" brim and the belt knife is a Silver Stag......the knife closeups are in the "everyday user" thread...

Re: Knives and Hats
Go on the Sunbody website. Lots of styles. Mine was a Gus, just reshaped it. Dunk it in the water trough and shape it how you want. It stays that way. I have a couple of custom beaver ones for cooler weather.
Badger has Peppy San breeding. Good cutting horse.

Re: Knives and Hats
Thanks, I will check their website out. I'll have to tell the wife. She used to do some cutting herself and helped work some of the cutting horse trained by some of the best champion cutting cowboys here in Ohio. Nothing more beautiful then watch a well trained cutting horse in action. We used to go to the Quarter Horse Congress here in Ohio to watch the championships. I sure miss my cow horse.RanchRoper wrote: ↑Tue Aug 11, 2020 6:34 amGo on the Sunbody website. Lots of styles. Mine was a Gus, just reshaped it. Dunk it in the water trough and shape it how you want.
