my "current" favorite vehicle
my "current" favorite vehicle
All,
Well it occurs to me that my current ride is my most favorite. However as I look back on 18 vehicles (excluding two motorcycles) I have owned only a couple that were not my favorite at the time.
This one now has so many attributes not the least of which is hauling our camper with or without the side by side. So enough preamble:
need to finish loading food, clothes, GPS, and toys for the grandkids (Oma and Opa like to arrive bearing gifts-LOL) and we are off wandering around!

Re: my "current" favorite vehicle
I have owned a number of vehicles over the years, some great ones, and a few pieces of junk to get me to the next decent one. I had a 1960 ford for about four months in the early 80s that burned more oil than gas. When I stopped for gas, I filled the oil from the case on the back seat.
My current favorite is the 2010 Titan Pro4x. Goes anywhere, our go to vehicle for trips it's so comfortable. Several years ago Miss T thought we might want a luxury car for long trips to visit family out of state. We looked at BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes, all the biggies. None compared in roominess, and comfort. They had more gadgets, nicer furnishings, and a steep price... But some were actually cramped. Stayed with the Titan then, and ever since.

Good looking truck. That’s a pretty stout moose guard you have there. should do the job. Safe travels and enjoy those grandkids.

Thanks for the safe travels and compliments on the truck. we rack up a fair amount of miles each year-I always feel a level of relief satisfaction to safely complete a trip .
The hope is to not “catch” any moose, deer or free range cattle etc. I can attest to too many close calls “right in front me-1 car length away” living in places such as AK, TX, ID all known for lots of unexpected wildlife in the road! I figure now that I have it I won’t need it and I am ok with that!

I agree with the guard. We have smacked more than a dozen deer over the years. We intend to add full guards to both Nissan trucks as soon as the other priorities are met here.

With that nice of a camper, you could probably sell the house!

Greyhawk, actually we lived in it for 3 months after selling a house in Mar earlier this year. The house is (in background) rental- well actually an rv storage garage with a house attached. We lived in an Arctic Fox camper June of 16, to Sept of the same year. Thank you for the comment, it actually a quite comfortable camper.
