I can tell you were she will finish some ware around the 20's on back. If she makes it to the end of the race.
She will have the wall or her boy friend run into her.

I bet it won't be Danica.
hey now .. :o .. wonder if I can get out of the Coke I have bet on her .. :?: .. at this point in her career, Danica has pretty much a 20th place team .... hopefully they will get better over time but there isn't much pointing in that direction .... I'd love to see Tony win his last race at Indy

I would like to see Tony do well for the rest of the season, especially since it is his last. I also would like to see Danica improve and maybe win a race someday. Perhaps wishful thinking. She is kinda purty though, isn't she? :D Image

I've got a bunch of tony's die cast cars. And his
Bass boat.
I would like to see him go out. On top..
Danica , if she hasn't got a feel for it yet , she never will.

without a doubt, best looking driver in NASCAR .. :D .. I've long felt that her best shot at a win is on a super speedway, probably a restrictor plate track .... a big wreck in the final laps, that takes out the strongest cars, on restrictor plate tracks has long been noted as the best chance for second tier teams

Danica is starting to make her move, to the back of the field.

Tony finished off at 11th Place. Not bad considering he had a pit road Speeding Penalty.

Danica finished off at 22nd.

When she first started in Cup, I almost had a bet going with a friend of mine. At the time I said if she finishes 21st or higher, you get $20, and if she finishes 22 or lower, I get $20. We never got together on it, but I would have been rich.

Congrats to Kyle on his win today.

Great all around week-end for him.

my vote for best come-back of the day goes to the 48 ... pit road penalty and came back to finish 3rd .... amazed at the number of empty seats .... as noted, my girl started 24th, charged through the field and finished 22nd ... :D

I noticed the empty seats too. Although the attendance is down in general, I would say that the heat played a big part in that yesterday. It really should be a night race in my opinion.

In my local paper this morning, in the sports page, it was stated that there is room for approximately 250,000 and that approximately 50,000 attended the race. They claim that attendance has steadily declined over the last eight years.

weather plus price increases for tickets plus NASCAR's obsession with making all cars equal ....

Reminds me of a story that I read about Davey Allison in one of my Nascar books. He radioed in saying that there is a guy hanging on the fence and every time he rides by, the guy flips him the bird. After a while he got kind of sick of it and the next time Davey flipped him the bird. He keyed the mike and said "the guy just fell off the fence".

Congrats to the 11 and another good finish for Tony (5th).

I've never seen so many penalties. Pit Road Speeding, Too many over the Wall, Too soon over the Wall, Uncontrolled Tires, Missed Interloops, Fuel Cans thrown, as well as 2 Red Flags to boot. What a race.

Good to see 2 Ohio guys finish 2 and 3 in the xfinity race here in Ohio today.
Fun race to watch with the rain and all.

Well I saw this morning that Bill France Sr.'s greatgrandson won the truck race last night at Bristol.
Heck I forgot about it.
Anyway he is the first of the France family to win a Nascar race of any kind.
CONGRATS to Ben Kennedy!
