Missouri 180 Strikers on Ballistic Gel

Post by runnin n gunnin » Sun Jul 26, 2020 10:48 pm

I was introduced to Missouri Bullet Co. 180 grain .357 strikers on the forum here. I have shot a couple of hundred rounds, just received 500 more bullets form MBC.

I am curious if anyone has used Ballistic Gel on the Striker? I am interested to see the wound channel.

And yes, I am too cheap to buy my own Ballistic Gel, its too darn expensive !

Well since it is a hard cast bullet and won't expand in the gel probably nothing much more than a clean pass thru.

I think your probably correct, but I want to see the length of the wound channel and if there is any tumbling.

Same here, I just want to see what happens on contact and penetration. Like I said, the stuff is expensive and I'm not that curious !
