60s this morning with some clouds. Supposed to be a fairly cool day.
Good day to work on the deck and yard.
Got an appointment with the Surgeon this afternoon. Just a follow up.

Cloudy & 93 right now. Hear a little thunder rumbling around. We need rain here, my grass is brown, may catch fire any minute, LOL

Gotcha, it's been like that here or worse for several weeks. Lot of rumbling around right now, nothing falling tho.

Uncommon for Western North Carolina; we have had 7 straight days of 90's and high humidity.

Finally got a bit of rain out of this storm. 0.10" so far. Probably dry up as soon as it lands.

It was suppose to rain here a couple times in the past 2 weeks, but we haven't enough to settle the dust.

Well, after it was all over ( I think ), I got 0.60" rain. Severe T-storms & flash flood warnings
to the South in Lebanon. Just missed it.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Hottest day of the year so far with a forecasted high of 95. So, at 10:00 this morning I’m going to be on the number 1 tee at a golf course. What an idiot!!! At least it’s titewad Tuesday with a cost of only $20 to play. Cold beer helps.
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Good luck with the golf game. 61 here this am. Headed to 86. Maybe some thunder boomers this afternoon.Headed out to get my drivers license changed.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
70 this morning with light rain falling.
Coffee and pudding. I can eat whatever I want now, but hate to let the Tapioca go to waste.
Nothing big planned. Would have gone shooting, but did I mention it's raining.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Mean storm came thru earlier tonite. Lightning, thunder, rain,
hail. Turned hail tore up my bluetooth rain gauge. Pieced it back together. Too dark to see if any other damage. Reckon the am will tell the tale.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Another blistering hot day ahead but getting on the downhill pull on the hay hauling.will do for trailer loads this morning then quit for the day so I can run up and watch a special bred cow sale at the sale barn to get an idea what good cows are bringing. Then tomorrow morning three more loads and I'm done. I can see rhe light at the end of the tunnel. And the coffee is once again good this morning.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
while breakfast of sausage, eggs and Folgers once again has kicked off my day, a beautifully clear Carolina blue sky, calm wind, and comfortable 64 degree temp sure is nice ....
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Another big storm knocked down more big limbs. Worse than the last time. With this heat, it will take me into Fall cleaning up.
Got the flag pole too.
