already 75 degrees with 88% humidity .... supposed to get up to temp of 88 later today, sure hope the humidity takes a dive .... our 10% chance of rain over night turned into a thunderstorm about 2AM .... limbs down this morning .... apparently, one or more limbs bent/broke in the huge elm tree and blocked our Dish satellite signal .... consequently, I had to relocate our portable antenna .... only one mug of Folgers this morning, its just tooooo dang hot

70s this morning and humid with a clear sky. They say mid 90s today with high humidity.
Good day to work indoors I guess. Got some honey does that are pending.
Storms rolled through this morning about 3:30 or so. No apparent damage though.

Our gun club is owned by a veterans organization that is bankrupt. If the parent
organization goes, what happens to the range? I was asked to run for a place on the
Board, and I was elected. I do have some experience with problems like this, but
the new Commander seems very competent and has a good recovery plan.
What he needs most is support, and I do support him. Several folks have expressed
their thanks to me, but I haven't done anything yet, and maybe won't have to if
all goes well.

Thinking about purchasing a Blackstone Grill. Any thoughts?

I have the small tabletop grill and just ordered the 36” grill with the cover. Most people have a barbecue grill but I am more of a breakfast chef so the flat grill is more to my liking.

My thoughts are that if you think you would like one then you will end up loving it.

Sir Henry mentioned the 36 inch but I think I need a lid as it will sit on the deck all year long.
I've been looking at a lot of them and haven't decided on one yet. Just that I want a Blackstone.

Not yet anyway, I like the use of steel. Maybe.

The only stainless I find are the ones with the stainless front plate. Not the cooking area.
Is that what you meant?

I'm most certainly not any sort of authority on Blackstone grills .... the friend I have who has one does a have a stainless front (not sure about the to the rest of the frame and a diamond plate (aluminum ) removable top that protects the cooking surface ..... I remember him telling me it really helps

Just went out a lit our Weber gas grill and was attacked by a swarm of what I thought were bees.
Apparently they weren't as one got on my had and bit me. Anyway they had taken over the grill
and were defending it. I just applied Raid to it.
