49° on the mountain and beautiful blue Tennessee sky's. 1st cup of coffee down, and breakfast is looking good. I've got some shootin to do today with my EDC 9mm, just to make sure I can hit whats in front of me, and of course to make some noise. Cheers!

Mom's home has a train track literally at properties edge. Train rolled through a little after midnight waking me. Read for about an hour then went back to sleep. Shot up at 5:30 for unknown reasons. Had two cups of coffee and still tired. Mom's alert right now so that's good.

55 and clear, should get into the lower 70s. Good day to get some things done. Checked into some CBD yesterday. I am pretty skeptical but would be nice to be able to do more. I won't take pain meds unless I absolutely have to. Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

52° & sunny. Working on my 1st cup of dark roast in the Gadsen Flag mug (Don't tread on me). Already chased my dog up in the woods who was chasing a squirrel. My wife donated some old metal kitchen canisters for my range. I can't wait to fix them to the bar that I hang my targets on. I doubt they'll make much noise, but I will see them swing I hope. Lol. Cheers!

64 this morning in Onawa, IA .... 68 back home in NC .... 59 now where we are headed today in Estelline, SD where they are calling for a high of 81 .... regular breakfast of sausage, eggs, sliced tomato, and a single cup of Folgers .... with this slated to be our last travel day, its also my last single cup morning ....

The CBD varies depending on who you talk to. I have the tincture, the lotion and the roll on.
The tincture, is drops placed under the tongue. Results vary and it's hard to tell sometimes if I feel any better, because I don't know how I would have felt if I didn't use it.
The lotion and roll on definitely do work on sore joints and such, ( for me ). Works almost instantly.
None of it is cheap though, and be sure you get it from a reputable source.

Yes sir Moetur Im gonna go shooting as much as I read about on here of everyone else shooting going shooting while Im working. Got an RV also. Gonna use that this summer and next winter I have a spot down by Corpus Christi Texas. 68 here right now headed to 90 again. Tea and coffee before some bacon and eggs. The off to Lowes to get a new Microwave.

Heavy storms and high winds passed through here two days ago heading north, may be part of what you experienced. Hope there was not too much damage.
