Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
The sun is shining brightly this morning, but CT skies will turn increasingly cloudy throughout the day as humidity slowly climbs. Temperatures today will be in the upper seventies or low eighties. Enjoy your day.

74 overcast degrees this morning in Lenoir City, TN .... with a short with under a 5 hr drive on tap for today, no hurry to get on the road .... no fuel stops planned .... the forecast calls for it to be 79 with 0% chance of rain when we arrive in Paducah, KY later today .... sausage, eggs, sliced tomato but sadly, with this being a travel day, only one cup of Folgers this morning

68° on the mountain and overcast. 1st cup of dark roast is down, and it's my turn to cook. The Ivy on me is still present, and popping up in more places. I've been working this property for 5 years, and never got it. Oh well, life goes on. My wiring job on my SXS might get done today. It's a mess, and I don't like wiring. Cheers.
As a side note , my son says that due to the rioting, most of the local gun shops are closed. No Ammo. I didn't realize this. Is it the same in your town?

Starting to rain here. Watching my 18 moth old Granddaughter today so her mom can go back to work. Should be interesting for Papa. I don't think the rioting panic has hit as hard here as some places. I can still get ammo but it is a bit pricy.

we've found that the good Lord knew what he was doing when he designed the system to give them to the young ... while we truly enjoy our grandkids, the older I get the more I find that the line between warming up and wearing out is growing thinner and thinner ..
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Sunny and 55 this morning, expecting a high of 73. Nice to see the sun after the last few days of overcast and rainy. Hafta drive to the city today for eye doctor appointments. Stop in at LGS, check the ammo supply, been snooping on Interwebs and finding on the national suppliers sites, 9mm is not available. Only caliber I was snooping on though. I will check on other calibers as I get bored.

84 here & breezy, sunny. Haven't been by the LGS. but Walmart
has removed all guns & ammo to a secure location, due to possible looting. National disgrace. This could be stopped, if not for the scarcity of backbones.

It's a cloudy morning in CT. Rain and T-storms are expected by late morning and into the evening with temps in low to mid-seventies. Enjoy your day.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
we awoke to a beautiful 63 degree morning in Paducah, KY .... happy to see a beautifully clear Carolina Blue Sky followed us out here ..Wink
.. forecast calling for it to be in the low 80's when we are scheduled to arrive in Columbia, MO .... one of the best parts of the forecast is they are calling for little to no wind .... a normal breakfast of eggs, sausage, sliced tomato and a single cup of Folgers
Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
A beautiful sunny morning, 55 right now, high supposed to be 81. Winds are finally dying down, been blustery all week. Everybody have a great day.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
I went out today, and my LGS was open. Their inventory looked low on ammo and firearms. I was able to buy some 9mm though. Not sure about the other stores.markiver54 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2020 9:57 amNot too far from you Tom, but have not had that problem here. It's still humid and foggy this morning. The current temperature is 68°. By late morning, the sunshine should return and the air should dry out leaving CT with beautiful blue skies and temps in the upper seventies and low eighties. Enjoy your day.
